This is a sermon that I prepared and preached for a Course of Study worship
service in Cannon Chapel at Emory University on August 4, 2011. I was
assigned to preach using the lectionary for Christ the King Sunday (cycle A)
which includes: Ezekiel 34: 11-16, 20-24; Psalm 100; and Matthew 25:31-46. I
designed the sermon to move immediately into Holy Communion which closed
the worship service.

You will want to listen to the sermon with the printed sermon on your
screen as parts of the audio are not clear. The mic was set to record at the
pulpit, but I did not remain behind the pulpit to preach so parts of the sermon
are difficult to hear.

Please feel free to ask questions about the content and/or delivery of this
sermon.

Grace and peace,
Teresa Lilja
